Chicken a la Diable

A fine french recipe of chicken and mustard with Indian touch.

Needed :
  • Boneless Chicken 200 gm
  • Mustard sauce (or kasundi)
  • 1 Egg
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Pepper powder
  • Red Chili powder
  • Butter
  • Salt

Making:
  • Marinate chicken pieces with mustard sauce(kasundi), pepper powder, chilli powder and salt.
  • Keep it for 2-3 hours.
  • Preheat the oven at 200-250 'C.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in beaten egg and then in bread crumb.Coat it fully with bread crumbs.
  • Melt butter in the baking pan and arrange the chicken pieces in it.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
  • Serve Hot with green salad.

Tips:
  • Pour the excessive egg on the chicken pieces.
  • Add butter on top of chicken pieces while baking.
