- Boneless Chicken 200 gm
- Mustard sauce (or kasundi)
- 1 Egg
- Bread Crumbs
- Pepper powder
- Red Chili powder
- Butter
- Salt
Making:
- Marinate chicken pieces with mustard sauce(kasundi), pepper powder, chilli powder and salt.
- Keep it for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat the oven at 200-250 'C.
- Dip the chicken pieces in beaten egg and then in bread crumb.Coat it fully with bread crumbs.
- Melt butter in the baking pan and arrange the chicken pieces in it.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
- Serve Hot with green salad.
Tips:
- Pour the excessive egg on the chicken pieces.
- Add butter on top of chicken pieces while baking.
