Chicken Soup

Fine Sunday morning and the urge to make Chicken Soup.. good old thing for the soul and health.

Needed :
  • Chicken 200 gm(preferred with bone),
  • Carrot 1 piece,
  • Celery and Parsley few sticks,
  • Onions 2,
  • Garlic 6-7 pieces,
  • Pepper powder,
  • Butter,
  • Salt,
  • Boiled noodles or Pasta.

Making:
  • In a big pot, add water.
  • Then add chicken,half the carrots and onion.
  • Some garlic and salt.
  • Boil it for 1-3 hours on low heat and reduce the water to 1/3rd proportion.
  • In another pan, saute onion,carrots,celery and parsley in butter and add pepper.
  • Add the above mixture and the noodle(or pasta) in the chicken broth.
  • Boil for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve Hot.

Tips:
  • The more you boil the chicken, the tastier the broth becomes.
  • Pepper can be replaced with other herbs.
  • Vinegar makes it taste better.
