Cold evening and urge for a quick snack. So made some rice pakodas.

- Besan 60 gram
- Boiled Rice 2 cup
- Green Chili finely chopped 1tsp
- Boiled Potato medium size
- Onions 2-3 piece finely chopped
- Ginger finely chopped 1tsp
- Chili Powder 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1tsp
- Chaat Masala 1tsp
- Oil to fry
Making:
- Mix all the ingredients except chaat masala and oil.
- Smash the mixture and add some water to form a batter.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan.
- Make small balls of the mixture and leave them in hot oil.
- Fry until deep brown.
- Take out the pakoda's and keep them in tissue paper to drain the oil.
- Enjoy them hot with chatni or tomato sauce.
Tips:
- Make small balls so that the inside part is cooked properly.
- Mushrooms can be added.
