Use thick cream instead of curd.
Needed :
- Boneless Chicken 200 gm
- Ginger paste 2tsp
- Chopped Coriander 1 cup
- Onions chopped 2
- Cream or Curd 1/2 cup
- Green Chillies 6-9 piece
- Cumin (Jeera) powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1tsp
- Ghee
- Salt
Making:
- Finely grind all the ingredients except chicken and butter.
- Cut the chicken pieces in cubes of 2 inches.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the paste.
- Refrigerate it for 24hrs.
- Take out the mixture from fridge and bring it to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven and insert the chicken pieces in skewer.
- Roast it until it gets brown.
- Then take out the pieces and apply ghee.
- Roast it until it gets red.
- Apply lemon juice and serve with naan.
