Reshmi Kabab

One of the most authentic Indian food is kabab. Lets make the smooth and creamy Reshmi Kabab.

Needed :
  • Boneless Chicken 200 gm
  • Ginger paste 2tsp
  • Chopped Coriander 1 cup
  • Onions chopped 2
  • Cream or Curd 1/2 cup
  • Green Chillies 6-9 piece
  • Cumin (Jeera) powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1tsp
  • Ghee
  • Salt

Making:
  • Finely grind all the ingredients except  chicken and butter.
  • Cut the chicken pieces in cubes of 2 inches.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with the paste.
  • Refrigerate it for 24hrs.
  • Take out the mixture from fridge and bring it to room temperature.
  • Preheat the oven and insert the chicken pieces in skewer.
  • Roast it until it gets brown.
  • Then take out the pieces and apply ghee.
  • Roast it until it gets red.
  • Apply lemon juice and serve with naan.

Tips:
Use thick cream instead of curd.
